Brazilians take pizza seriously. We eat it on weekends with family, we order it for birthdays, we argue about which sabor is the best (Catupiry-based, always). When Sky opened our pizzaria in Goose Creek, we didnt compromise — every pizza is made the traditional Brazilian way, with house-made dough, fresh toppings, and the combinations Brazilians actually order back home.
Our savory pizzas include all the classics. Calabresa with calabrese sausage, corn and olives. Frango com Catupiry (chicken with creamy Catupiry cheese) — the most ordered pizza in Brazil. Portuguesa with ham, hard-boiled egg, onion, pepper and olives. Brasília, Carbonária, Carne Seca (shredded Brazilian dried beef), Canadense with pork loin and hearts of palm, Pizza do Rei, Cheddar, Pepperoni, Vegetariana and many more.
But the real surprise for first-timers is our sweet pizza menu. Brazilians eat dessert pizza, and you should too. Banana com Canela (sliced banana with cinnamon sugar), Banana com Nutella (with strawberries on top), Banana com Chocolate, and our signature Tropicália (condensed milk, mozzarella, pineapple, shredded coconut and dulce de leche). Its not as weird as it sounds — its better. Way better.
Important to know: Sky Pizzaria is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings only. Pizza nights are the centerpiece of our weekend, when the kitchen fires up the pizza oven and families pour in from across Goose Creek, Hanahan, Ladson, Summerville, North Charleston, Moncks Corner, Charleston and Daniel Island. Its loud, its lively, its brazilian.
We strongly recommend coming in and eating fresh — pizza is at its best straight from the oven. Theres space for groups, the vibe is family-friendly, and you can pair the pizza with our tropical juices, brazilian sodas, or just classic Coke. If you cant make it in, we deliver via DoorDash, but pizza always tastes better at the table.
