We're the authentic Brazilian restaurant Goose Creek and the Charleston area can finally call home.
Sky Brazilian Restaurant opened in Goose Creek in November 2022 with one mission: bring the real flavors of Brazil to the greater Charleston area. No fusion, no Americanized versions, no shortcuts. Just the food we grew up eating — and that we cook here exactly the way we cook back home.
Our grilled picanha is the star of the menu. Cut from the prime sirloin cap, seasoned with rock salt, grilled over open fire and served sliced with cassava, drop pepper, soy sauce and green onions. Its the cut Brazilians fight over at every churrasco, and at Sky its served the traditional way. Try the Special Picanha (4 steaks, 4 eggs, rice, beans, farofa and fries — serves three) or the Sky Sampler (picanha, sausage, fried chicken and cassava) if you want a taste of everything.
For the comfort-food classics, our feijoada is the real deal — black beans slow-cooked with smoked pork, sausage and traditional cuts, served with white rice, farofa, kale and orange slices. Its the dish Brazilians eat with family on Saturdays, and we serve it daily at Sky. Brazilian fried chicken ( frango a passarinho ), special pork rinds (torresmo with picanha and cassava), and our daily dinner specials round out the main courses.
If youre new to Brazilian food, start with our Brazilian-style burgers — house-made buns stacked with grilled patty or picanha, cheese, ham, lettuce, tomato, corn, fried egg, and French fries piled inside the bun (yes, inside). The Sky Burger, Rocket Burger and Thunder Burger are unlike any burger youve had in the US.
Were open every day from 7 AM. Breakfast until 10 AM with fresh pão de queijo, tapioca, cuscuz, misto quente and Brazilian coffee. Lunch starts at 11 AM with our full menu. Dinner Monday through Thursday starting at 4 PM. Pizza nights Friday through Sunday in the evening — authentic Brazilian-style pizzas with toppings you wont find anywhere else.
